5th Polish-German Structured Conference on Acoustics 2023
The 5th Polish-German Structured Conference on Acoustics 2023 (PGSCA2023) is the common event of the Polish Acoustical Society (PAS) and the German Society for Acoustics. It is organized simultaneously with the conference OSA (59th Open Seminar of Acoustics OSA2023). The aim of the conference is to strengthen contacts between Polish and German acousticians, exchange experiences and ideas. Seven thematic sessions will be held during the conference (see Program section). The presented papers may be published in conference materials or journals „Vibration in Physical Systems” and „International Journal of Electronics and Telecommunication”, depending on the author’s choice and obtaining positive reviews. Publication in
journals is associated with an additional fee.
The 5th Polish-German Structured Conference on Acoustics 2023 will be held on September 25-29, 2023 in Karpacz.
The seminar will be held in parallel with the SPSympo23 conference. Registration for PGSCA2023 allows to attend all sessions of the parallel conferences.

The conference fee includes participation in the conference, lunches and dinners, a banquet, a bonfire, a trip and participation in workshops.
Costs do not include accommodation (booking and payment directly at the hotel) and fees for VPS/IJET publication (fee payable simultaneously with the conference fee).
The cost of one hotel day with breakfast in a double room is PLN 222. The surcharge for a single room is PLN 80.
The hotel fee includes accommodation, buffet breakfast and parking. The hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11.00 on the day of departure. Luggage storage facilities will be available on the day of departure until departure.
*Does not include participation in the banquet

Regular sessions
Presentation: 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion and change over.
For authors a desktop computer with MS Windows connected to room’s audio-video system is available.
Autor’s own computer can be connected to room’s audio-video system with technical staff permission only.
Authors should contact with room’s technical staff 15 minutes before session in order to load their presentation to computer.
Poster sessions
For poster flat area of A0 (1m2, 84cm*119cm) size is available.
Authors should mount poster using adhesive tape (adhesive tape and scissors will available in place).
Poster should be placed at morning before 10:30 and taken off before 18:30 on the day of poster session.
